Gift Cards sold & distributed by Gift A Restaurant Pty Ltd are non-refundable, treated as cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift A Restaurant Pty Ltd Gift Cards expire a minimum of 36 months after issue unless otherwise stated in accordance with the Law. Gift A Restaurant Pty Ltd Switch Gift Cards may only be used for purchases on the website www.giftarestaurant.com and cannot be redeemed in venues, returned or exchanged for cash. Gift A Restaurant Pty Ltd Switch Gift Cards may not be re-sold or bartered for cash.
